Sweet Rice

DULCE ARROZ & más was born on May 15, 2019 as a tribute to my great-grandmother's recipe, ARROZ CON LECHE RECETA DE MI BISAGUELA (Rice Pudding Recipe from My Great-Grandmother). It was always prepared in the family for family events, and everyone asked for it to be present at every family gathering. So, an aunt had the recipe and taught it to me. In 2019, I started sharing it with friends and neighbors and began to bring the brand to life by participating in different fairs, especially at EVA, thanks to the opportunity they gave me at a stand with wafers. There, word of mouth and Instagram followers grew.

In 2020 the pandemic arrived and it was my year of success and growth. Many orders came in, and like everyone else, I did everything: purchasing, production, social media, promotions, deliveries. People asked me for dessert tables for social events, gifts, lunches, etc. In 2024, I decided to make some adjustments to the recipe and gave it to my aunt to try. Her comment was, "You surpassed the master!" I was very happy with her opinion, and to this day, people who try it immediately decide to buy it.

Everything is 100% homemade and artisanal. It tastes like home, smells like memories, and is the tradition that you can savor and that touches your heart.
